Lokesh Rahul scores his fifth century, first in England, and first in the fourth innings of the match. Rishabh Pant scores his maiden century, and becomes the first Indian wicket keeper to score a century in England. Alistair Cook finished his career with thirty three centuries, becomes the first England player to score a century on debut, and also in his final match. Cook finished his career with the most runs by an England batsman, and the most runs scored by an Opening Batsman. Joe Root scores his fourteenth century, fourth against India, third when captaining his country, and has the highest batting average of the current England players. England remain unbeaten in their 2 matches against India at The Rose Bowl.

ODI's: India and Afghanistan record the first tie in the two matches between the two countries. Mohammad Shahzad records his second highest score, his fifth century, and is Afghanistan's highest run scorer. India remain unbeaten in both their matches against Pakistan at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium.
