Umesh Yadav takes ten wickets in a match for the first time. Kraigg Brathwaite and Kieran Powell become the seventh West Indian opening pair to each score a duck in the same innings of the match. Umesh Yadav records his best bowling performance, taking six wickets in an innings for the first time. Roston Chase scores his fourth century, and second against India.

ODI's: England win the second match of the series, and record their third win in seven matches at Rangiri Dambulla International Stadium.
