Tests: Sri Lanka win the series 2-0, which was their first series win against Pakistan in the United Arab Emirates. Dilruwan Perera takes five wickets in an innings for the fifth time, and second against Pakistan. South Africa win the series 2-0, and remain unbeaten in the three series against Bangladesh at home. Kagiso Rabada takes ten wickets in the match for the third time, recording the best match bowling performance at Mangaung Oval, and becomes the sixteenth South African bowler to reach the 100 wickets milestone. Faf du Plessis records his second highest score in his seventh century. Hashim Amla scores his twenty eighth century, third against Bangladesh, and is South Africa's third highest run scorer. Dimuth Karunaratne records his highest score, the third highest score at Dubai International Stadium, and is dismissed in the 190's for the first time. Yasir Shah takes six wickets in an innings for the seventh time and third against Sri Lanka. Dean Elgar scores his tenth century, second in consecutive matches, and now has South Africa's best 50/100 conversion ratio. Aiden Markram scores his maiden century.

ODI's: Pakistan win consecutive matches in the series, and record their fifth win in seven matches against Sri Lanka at Sheik Zayed Stadium. Babar Azam scores successive centuries against Sri Lanka, and has the second highest batting average. Upul Tharanga becomes the first Sri Lankan batsman to "Carry his Bat", has scored all of his fifteen centuries when opening the batting, and two of those when also playing as Captain. Lahiru Gamage takes four wickets in a match for the first time. South Africa record their seventh ten wicket victory, third against Bangladesh, and remain unbeaten in the seven matches against Bangladesh in South Africa. Quinton de Kock and Hashim Amla set an opening partnership record for South Africa and The Diamond Oval. Quinton de Kock records his second highest score, the highest score at The Diamond Oval, and has scored all of his thirteen centuries when opening the batting and also playing as wicket keeper. Hashim Amla scores his twenty sixth century, thirteenth in South Africa, and has South Africa's second highest batting average. Kagiso Rabada takes four wickets in a match for the fifth time, second against Bangladesh, and has South Africa's second best strike rate. Mushfiqur Rahim scores his fifth century, becomes the first Bangladesh player to score a century at The Diamond Oval, averages 56.4 when not playing as wicket keeper, against 31.06 when playing as wicket keeper.
