Tests: India win the first match of the series, and their second in twelve matches against Australia at Adelaide Oval. Rishabh Pant equals the record for the most wicket keeping dismissals and catches in a match. Nathan Lyon takes six wickets in an innings, the seventh time that he has taken six or more in an innings, the second at Adelaide Oval, and is Australia's fourth highest wicket taker. New Zealand win the series 2-1, after their second win in three matches against Pakistan at Sheikh Zayed Stadium. Ravi Ashwin becomes the sixth Indian bowler to reach the 3,000 overs milestone. Chetashwar Pujara scores his sixteenth century, first in Australia, fifteenth when batting at number three position, and becomes the twelfth Indian batsman to reach the 5,000 runs milestone. Kane Williamson scores his nineteenth century, second against Pakistan, and has New Zealand's highest batting average. Yasir Shah becomes the seventh Pakistan bowler to reach the 200 wickets milestone, after reaching that milestone in just 33 Tests.

ODI's: The West Indies level the series with their sixth win in eight matches against Bangladesh at Shere Bangla National Stadium. Shai Hope records his highest score, the second highest by a West Indies batsman against Bangladesh, averages 135.0 when opening the batting, and overall, has the West Indies third highest batting average. Bangladesh record their second win against the West Indies in seven matches at Shere Bangla National Stadium. Mashrafe Mortaza becomes the first Bangladesh player to reach the 200 matches milestone.
